I took one 12 oz package of fresh cranberries and cooked it with half a cup of water, 1/3 cup of coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon of regular sugar, the juice of one orange, and a dash or two of cinnamon, and allowed it to cook for twenty five minutes.
The result? A sweet and sour cranberry dressing that can’t wait to accompany turkey tomorrow!!!
